This simple and easy meal is great for any day, especially picnics! Onion and pickle relish can spice up any traditional chicken salad.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Chicken Breat cooked, diced
- 1/2 Cup Celery chopped
- 1/4 Cup onion chopped
- 3 Packages Pickle Relish 2/3 table spoons
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise light

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Use within -2 days. Chicken salad does not freeze well.

- Make chicken salad sandwiches.
- Make a pasta salad by mixing with 2 cups of cooked pasta.
- Kids will love this salad served in a tomato or a cucumber boat.
